See what the people involved with us think about our group

Parents for Autism is a useful source of information, an opportunity to ask the professionals questions, an opportunity to tell professionals what life is like for us as parents and an opportunity to benefit from the experiences of other parents. Overall, it provides an opportunity to improve our lives and the lives of our families .

Discovering Parents for Autism was a real revelation to me at last I'd found a group of supportive people who understood what life is like! It was one of the first things I went to when our son was diagnosed, and I was so glad I did.

The welcoming atmosphere put me at ease and it was a relief to be able to chat to people in the same boat, to have a laugh or to share tips and ideas for getting through the mountain of paperwork that comes with a diagnosis.Whether your children are 2 or 42, you will find other people to talk to, so I think it is great.

The group is like getting a passport to a bit of normality. It is great to find that all parents of autistic children have had the same issues, so there is always some support and encouragement. You are not alone.

What can I say... Finding this group saved me! I no longer feel alone in fighting for everything my son needs. Lindsey is a very knowledgeable lady who has helped me so much
